  1. Murkaholics
A few weeks ago our buds from Pure Project came up to crank out some juice we’ve lovingly coined Murkaholics. This Double IPA was brewed with Citra hops (and lupulin powder) along with mega dank Riwaka hops from New Zealand, one of our absolute favorites at the moment. We learned an important lesson: whenever you collaborate with your friends, try to hide your hardest to source, most prized hops. They will want to use almost all you have.⁣⁣

  2. Juicy Sweeper
Minesweeper was our first ever brewed IPA and remains a local favorite at our Monterey Brewpub. With Juicy Sweeper we’ve taken the same beer and employed an expressive yeast to bring bright tropical & stone fruit notes along with the usual heavy handed dose of Simcoe & Citra.⁣⁣

  3. Mai Tai P.A.
Three-time GABF medal winner, including gold in 2018! Our drier, decidedly “tropical” IPA that’s light on bitterness, but heavy on hop aroma, courtesy of 100% Mosaic hops. One whiff and you get super intense notes of passion fruit, mango, and lychee. Grain bill of just American two-row malt and a clean fermentation keep it simple and allow these hops to shine.⁣⁣

  4. Strawberry Banana Daquiri
Holy heck! Strawberry Banana Daiquiri Island?!?! Yes please. Our “smoothiest” of this series drops today. This kettle sour ale is brewed with milk sugar and thousands of pounds of banana and strawberry purée (and a hint of lime, for good measure).⁣⁣
