Hosted by Ayaka Ito, certified Sake Master and founder of Aya Sake, whose mission is to bridge Japanese sake culture with the world — one thoughtful pour at a time. Born in Japan and trained through rigorous certification in Tokyo and San Diego, Ayaka brings passion, precision, and storytelling to every tasting.⁠
